To all our valued Guests,
We understand that during this difficult period, now, more than ever, Massage Therapy is an
essential ingredient for managing the stresses and pressures that everyone is facing.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we would like to inform you of the increased hygiene and
infection control measures we are undertaking to make sure our Guests and Therapists are
kept as safe as possible whilst you receive Massage Treatment at Chatswood Thai Massage.
- ✓ All Therapists and Receptionists have received all required
COVID-19 Vaccinations.
- ✓ A Disposable Face Mask is available free of charge to all Guests.
As we have done in the past, we will continue with the following:
- ✓ Single use linen for every Guest. All sheets, pillowcases and towels are used only once
for each Guest, and then hygienically laundered.
- ✓ The disposable face-tissues on our massage beds provide additional protection, and
they are single use for each Guest.
- ✓ Our Therapists always wash and sanitise their hands and arms before and after every
treatment.
- ✓ All contact surfaces (including the massage beds, desks, EFTPOS machine etc) are
regularly cleaned between Guest appointments.
However, while such measures have kept our Guests and staff safe through the years of
seasonal flu, due to COVID-19 we are using the following additional precautions:
- ✓ We are providing hand sanitiser for our Guests to use upon entry to our premises and
then again after your appointment.
- ✓ We ask your indulgence while we ask you some direct health check questions and ask
you to complete the COVID-19 QR Code Sign in process upon entry to our premises.
- ✓ Training for all Therapists on additional hygiene measures with a training course
required to be completed before coming back to work.
- ✓ We request that any Guest with any flu-like symptoms (any sign of fever, cough, sore
throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, runny or stuffy nose) let us know and postpone
your appointment until fully recovered.
If you display signs of these symptoms when you arrive, we will ask you to postpone
your appointment until after you have recovered and you will be respectfully asked to
leave the premises to seek the appropriate medical attention.
- ✓ If you have travelled overseas or been in contact with anyone else who has travelled
overseas or been in contact with anyone else who has flu-like symptoms, please delay
your visit for at least two weeks.
- ✓ We will self-quarantine any of our Therapists who report or display any signs of flu-
like symptoms.
We apologise for the inconvenience of having to reschedule appointments, however we do
not apologise for taking any steps necessary to ensure the safety to all of our Guests, their
families and our Therapists. We have never charged any cancellation fees so there will be no
charge if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If the NSW Government or NSW Health change their advice levels regarding Massage
Therapy, we might have to stop trading for a time with little or no notice. Rest assured, we
will continue to provide massage services to you, our loyal Guests, for as long as we are able
and we will notify you if this situation changes.
